This is worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. The complex is nasty which is a violation of their lease. They never fix anything, not enven if you put it in writing as stated in the lease. The office sent out a letter stating they will be replacing pipes for preventative maintanence. Not only did they leave the holes in our apartments they acted as if they did not care when an animal crawled through one of the holes and entered my apartment. Nothing inside of them work and you can never get maintanence to come out and fix anything. I still do not have a peep hole view stem, there is just a hole where it should be. THe hotwater heater only releases luke warm and cold water the master bathroom sink is stopped up and has been since I moved in. Plaster has fallen from the bathroom ceiling and still not replaced although I was told it would be done 1 week after I moved in. No one picks up trash. There has been a bag of trash outside for who over 2 weeks. No one in the office cares about anything except receiving rent by the 3rd of each month. I could say more but I hope this is enough to deter everyone who reads this from renting here here.
