It is 11:15 pm on Sunday night and I just heard 6 gunshots. This is NOT rare. Before I moved here, I checked out this site and figured all the no's came from disgruntled tenants who just could not get what they wanted, well that was me beign niave! I have lived here almost a year and CANNOT wait for my lease to end. The day I moved in the carpet had burn stains, the walls were unpainted and the closets had chipping paint. The only reason I took it was bc I had zero choice. Also the living room window had a crack and I have called weekly to no avail. Its still broken. THe staff is rude, arrogant and uncaring. They do not respond to complaints. I have a nieghbor who cranks his stereo to 100 on weeknights. It's 3 am and the stupid "patrol guard" has yet to respond. I have called the police department about seven times including tonight. I have been harrassed by crazy women. The tenants throw all out parties whenever they please and they make sure that everyone knows they are drunk. We have a SERIOUS ant problem and the claim to have fumagated. Crazy dogs bark all night. Crazy couples beat each other all night. I know this bc I have seen the police arrive. ON the 4 or so occasions we have had gun shots break out, all we get is an apology letter a WEEK later explaining that "chances are it was just a joke". Its an ungated community which means any psycho in the world can prance in at thier hearts desire. The maintance man can barely shower never the less fix a garbage disposal. The only thing I can tell you is, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will REGRET it. I know I have and I cannot wait till June to get the HELL OUT OF THIS HELL!
