Ok, I moved in here back in Oct. I had a litte problem in the begining.. With the rental office not fixing the holes in my wall due to the new piping instatlation.But over all I am happy. I do have a problem with Ants from time to time if I called the rental office they will send the tech. out. I work at a pest control company so I understand how hard it is to get rid of Ants. I'm guess I'm lucky I live in the same court as the rental office.So I don't have to deal with the whole trash thing. So far as the gun shot I am not sure if they are actually coming from our Apartments. There are so many apartment clumped here togather on Sweetwater Rd. If could be any one of the apartments.
