This is the worst apartment or housing situation I have ever dreamed about. I can hear children running up and down the hallway outside and screaming. If I wanted to live in another apartment like this, I would make sure that the price would be lower before consideration. If I knew that this apartment was such a headache, then I would have never rented my apartment.

P.S. And the neighbors surrounding my apartment area, I can hear every move and sound they make.
