I have lived at this apartment community for 5 years now. The office, maintenance, and grounds staff are EXCELLENT! My work orders are always completed within 24 hours of calling them in. There are 2 gwinnett county police officers that live within the community (how often do you see that)' As far as noise is concerned, its very quiet throughout our community (no loud music or people loitering in the parking lots). I have lived in several different communities throughout the years and you will NEVER find another one like this. Best experience I have ever had. And if by chance this should ever reach the staff "Thank you" for all your hard work and dedication to this property throughout the years.
