I have lived here since 2002. I can't tell you how quiet it is here. It might have to do with that the apartment complex is really small and there is only one way in and one way out. The grounds are always clean. My work orders are always done in a timely manner and if they are slammed they call to tell me my status. I have not had any problems with the managment there. I would imagine that the people saying awful things are not happy becuase they had to follow the rules like everyone else. It is a great place to live. I will not move until I buy my house. If you like a place that is small (but the apts are large) and you like a management team that you knows you by your name and even your dogs name too.. if you like being helped by people that actually love their jobs and what they do. Then I would say try it out.
