I recommend this apartment

I really liked living here and wouldn't of moved but with the economy the way it is I just couldn't afford it. It is not THE ghetto, this is an apartment building and there are going to be things that go on that don't go on when you own a home. I could hear the people above me and I could smell the food they made, but management was helpful for the most part and they are not rude. I did have bad receptition but that had to due with my phone company not having a tower close, but in January they placed a new tower by the complex and now I have great receptition. The layout was great and utilities were cheap. As for bugs, I had a few spiders and water bugs (not german cockroaches) but those were taking care of. I can tell you there are apartments 100x worse then this one, I would recommond this community to other people. Sometimes you can be missing out on a great apartment b/c people have personal issues that have nothing to do with the actual community and that can mislead people. Just remember as with all apartments there are going to be issuses, its up to you to decide what issues you want to live with.
