I have lived at Lealand Place for over 10 years. I have never been an apartment lover. However, the excellant treatment that I have received these past 10 years has truly endeared me to Lealand Place. As being an original tennant I can assure absolutely everyone that the complex is well built, well maintained and most importantly staffed with the best team possible. The community is small and quiet. I like that you don't get lost in an overly large complex. The staff provides good and caring service. They are also prompt in their maintenance requests. Cindy, Tasha, David and Ron treat me more like family rather than just a renter.
One other comment, this complex is safe, something that I absolutely have to have. I am able even to walk late in the evening without risk. I know that you can't say that about most communities and neighborhoods. I like that knowledge.
I just thought that you might be interested in hearing from a very pleased tennant.
