The entire experience was horrible. The only reason we chose the apartment was for the location to I85 and hwy 316, and to have our pet. The apartment complex was messy. The pool was closed with a sign out front by some government health code for most of the summer. The hot tub has been broken for years. The gates are broken more than they work. The residents don't clean after their pets. And management has no customer service skills. Problems and complaints are the resident's problems. Complaining only inconveniences the management. And they take criticism by saying, "We are one of the largest apartment companies in the U.S. This is how we do business. Deal with it". I loved apartment living in Athens, and have enjoyed it in Gwinnett up till this company. Their senior staff doesn't know their own checkout procedures. And they nickel and dime their residents for everything. Run, there are better alternatives to The Madison at Riversound
