I currently live here and only chosse this property because of location to my place of employment. Nothing ever works properly around here, last summer they posted signs at he pool about some type of goverment health warning, the gate never works and for that reason, that's maybe why a young girl lost her life here. She lived in the 500 bldg. Maintence never fixes anything right and when you complain they tell you " its only a temporary fix and they are not professonals". Well, what exactly do i pay $1026 a month not including water for' My closet self has fallen down 3 time once on top of me while i was looking for clothes, my car has been stolen off property ( problay because the entrance gates are never locked but the exit gates are' go figure! My kitchen sink has been leaking for weeks and i requested to have the supervisor come out and look at it, when she called me she started yelling and said I was getting upset. I work night shift at a nearby hospital and during the day I sleep, maintence just comes in with there key without knocking, you have to keep your top lock bolted at all times. If you plan to rent here I would talk to residents first!!! Good Luck
