The staff is so terrible they called me to renew my lease at a higher rate, and then no more than 20 minutes later my wife comes in and tells them that she is locked out of the apartment. And they wouldnt even let her in because I was not there to verify that they were talking to me over the phone when they have just gotten off of the phone with me not even 20 minutes prior. The window seal leaked for the entire time that I stayed their. The man-lady at the front office is no help, but she is supposed to be the man or woman in charge. It is way over priced for the actual service that you receive. And, lets not talk about the gate that never works. Once they told me if you lose your gate key dont worry about it just follow someone else in. Security, yeah right. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOURE BETTER OFF STAYING IN DECATUR
