I recently moved from Madison only because I had to relocate to another state. If it wasn't for that I would have stayed!! Being that I lived in ATL for eight years and have lived in a number of apts. around metro atlanta, I personally don't agree with the bad rep on previous reviews. Overall it is a great place to live. For the cost of rent and floor plan size alone, it is hard to find any other place that can compete. I feel that the staff could be more friendly, but overall I never had any issues. The laundry rooms are kept clean, nice size laundry room in some apts with w/d connections, decent work out room, playground, and car washes. Parking can sometime be cumbersome, but for me to feel safe enough in a community to get out my car to walk a couple of feet, I can cope with it. My requests were always handled timely and efficiently.

Yes, there are alot of kids on the property and they do run around unattended...but I have never experienced or heard anything outlandish happening while I lived there. And bottom line its ATL, a huge metropolis, tell me what apt isn't going to have some type of kids and/or parents who don't attend to their kids. Believe me I've lived all over the city, and even the most upscale apt deals with the "unruly kids" issue from time to time.

I have lived in some of the hell holes listed through out this site and wish I knew about it years ago, so that is why I am taking time to post my opinion. trust me if you're thinking moving here, take the time to visit and check it out during different hours of the day (if you can), and you will find that you'll feel safe and there isn't alot of riff raff around. I don't want someone to miss out because of a few negative opinions that may be over zealous.
