I have lived here for almost 2 years and have no real complaints. Getting Maintenance done has never been a problem, always taken care of within a day. The gates up front do seem to be open a lot, but most of the time you can tell someone hit them or damaged them in one way or another. The other times it seems to have been because of bad thunderstorms. I have lived in a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom and have loved both (very large floor plans for the money). Plus I love the convience of 316 being right around the corner. As far as the girl that got murdered, it was her boyfriend that did it and that could happen anywhere and had nothing to do with the gates being open or not.
