I've had the worst apartment living experience at this community. The staff are very unprofessional, very rude. Worse still, the manager and the asst manager combine to make your experience a nightmare. Then they don't tell you certain information until days after you have already signed the contract when it's too late. Besides, the units are priced far above their worth and the service you get. Once my lease expires in 2004, I will not renew. I will move in to the apartment across the street (TreeCreek). I heard they provide much better service than the Madison and I have visited them to see things myself. Don't move in here in your own interest.
