I happen to live in this complex right now. I'm in a one bedroom and I am transfering to a two bedroom soon. I agree with the good and some of the bad but I admit the good tends to outweigh the bad. While it is true that the office staff have a lot of moronic moments (and I do mean a lot), they do have some good moments where they manage to get a few things right. The maintenance is excellent. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for them to come fix a problem. We don't even really have any prolems. I'd say we've only had to call on maintenance 3 times in the year that we've lived here. I love the grounds. They are really good about keeping them in great condition. It's convenient having two pools. Yes we do have a lot of children running around but it really isn't all that bad. They don't make any noise at night. The complex is really safe regardlees of the condition of the gates. Parking is good depending on what building you live in. Its not so good in front of my building but from the looks of it it seems that we are on of the very few buildings that have that problem. I absolutely love the way the apartments look on the inside and out. If you are thinking of renting here you need to make sure they give you a tour before you sign anything. This way you can make sure things are in proper condition. I only say this because the staff didn't have our carpet replaced before we moved in and it is in bad condition (unlike the newer carpet that is in all the other apts). That is why I rate the staff so poorly. Overall I think anyone would like living here.
