We have been there right at a month. It is definatley not quiet though. The first day here we heard a domestic fight. The booming radios at 3:00 in the morning are really annoying. Our neighbor puts there garbage outside their door, and just leaves it for a day or two. The criteria to get in is very strict, so I am suprised at some of the trash that lives here. The apartments themselves look great, and are very spacious. Our A.C. is leaking already, and the first maintenance man who came almost destroyed our apartment. The price is good though. I feel fairly safe, and I guess compared to some apartments this might be considered a luxury apartment.
