We have been here for sixteen months and we have had one really bad incident with someone putting urine in a cup and leaving it at our door and my husband opened the door and it fell it! We called the Courtesy Officer and he never showed! We called the Police and it took them two hours to show up so that we could report the incident. Yes, the some of the women in the office are rude and will not help, but there are some of them in the office that are really nice and will go out of their way to help the residents. We have renewed our lease for another year, but like most places you have to deal with all types of people when you live in an apartment complex.
