My husband and I moved here in September 2004. We thought that this was the most decent place to live in this area. The leasing office was okay with their service. We were disappointed when we found out that you can't rent out their clubhouse. The exercise equipment needs updating (the restroom is never stocked with soap), and the pools are nice but rarely clean to our standards. They are not strict on their tenants who have dogs because poop is near the childrens playarea and I have never saw these dog owners clean up after their pets. True-the fire alarms are pulled every now and then, especially in the wee hours of the morning (2-4am). The rent is a little high, and the "equity" that you acquire from staying here is not much to put toward a house. The catch is that you must purchase a house with certain builders (Pulte or Beazer). They do not have affordable homes for the residents who live here. So, the equity you loose when you move out and buy with another company..so why bother' Oh-the carpet, bills, and cabinets are cheap. They charge an arm-n-leg to replace..we are not expecting to get our deposit back! The only nice things about here-the vaulted ceiling in the living room (selected plans), fireplace, and the walk-in closets.
