Well, There seems to be a pattern here, so we must be telling at least some of the truth. The staff is probably the biggest problem. When we first moved here we had a maintenance man that had to have been on crack. My husband caught him trying to stand on my dresser and bed with his boots on to clean our fans he also carried a bucket of sludge and brushes and sat it on my dresser! Noise is to be expected in apartemnts but this complex is full of trashy people and especially teenagers. (We have meet a few nice folks though!) When you have to get up at 5:00 am and you are awakened by screeching tires, radios, and partying at 3:00 every morning, it makes for a long day.

The water bill here you split with the people living around you. (They combine it and divide it out someohow.) If there is only two of you you could be paying for four or more by the end of the month. I could go on and on about how the paint is painted all over the large cracks in the walls or how we have silverfish and roaches, but I will let you decide for yourself.

Ps: By the time you live here 1 year, you probably won't be able to afford rent after the increase next year.
