I have lived at Madison for almost a year. I moved here because it is close to my work. I dont have too many complaints. I have rarely had to deal with the sales office, so I can't really say anything bad about them, except they charged me $15 more per month for a garage than my neighbor who got his garage the same time I did. That was a rip-off. The work-out equipment needs maintenance, and for the last week the work-out room has been without air conditioning, and there seems to be no urgency for them to get it fixed. And let me tell you, it gets VERY hot in there with all those people working out, almost unbearable. Also, teenagers who arent there to work out, come and sit on the equipment they are NOT using or stand around in the workout room, talking on the phone or watching the television for no apparent reason every day. They have no way to control it, its very inconsiderate for the people who are trying to work out in peace, without people staring at them, and without people sitting on the equipment who arent using them. Also, always questionable people walking around or hanging out in the parking lots, ALWAYS. Doesnt make a single female feel too safe. They can be quite noisy late at night at times also. Wont be renewing my lease. Also, some kids pulled the fire alarm one day, was EXTREMELY loud, freaked my pets out, we had to pack up and leave because we couldnt stand the noise for the 30 minutes it took the fire dept. to get there and reset the alarm.
