I have lived here almost one year and can't find to many good things to say. The gate has not worked at least half the time. The maintenance staff is a joke. The silverfish are running me over and the staff keeps saying they treat for pest. Now they want to raise my rent to renew the lease. Noise is an ongoing problem. Unsupervised kids and hoodlums control the pool in the summer.
