Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
this was by far the worst place i have ever rented from. first: carpet smelled bad. second: felt unsafe almost all of the time. between the broken security gate and the numerous domestic disputes I had to go buy a gun. third: seen a used condom sitting by the pool for 4 days! Fourth: circuit breaker blows when running dryer and dish washer at same time (maitenance guy just laughed). finally: CARPET SMELLED BAD!
If this stops one person from renting at the Madison, the money they ripped me off for will be made and you will have learned/saved from my mistakes. bad bad place
