When I first moved in Spring of 2006, I loved this place. I had no complaints, the place was clean and quiet, and I felt safe running outside by myself. Now, just a year later (and really just in the last few months), I can't wait to move. Getting packages delivered here is a nightmare, and I'm constantly having lost letters and packages. My car got broken into, causing over $500 worth of damage, and the apartment didn't do a thing about it. It turned out that a car had gotten broken into just the night before, and they did nothing to let the residents know. Memos that the apartment sends out are dated over a week earlier, so the information is outdated or too late to do any good. Teens loiter around the complex in groups, blocking the stairs and vandalizing things (they set the playground on fire and I'm pretty positive one of them is to blame for my car). There is trash everywhere outside, and I'm constantly having to make sure my dog doesn't try to eat anything. One time he got a hold of some kind of cleaner's cloth, and spent the day at the vet throwing up the chemicals. Now, when I go jogging outside, 9 days out of 10 I get followed and whistled at by --------- in their trucks, regardless of whether or not I stay in the complex- it just doesn't even feel safe anymore, the apartment doesn't seem to care, and I'm so ready to get out!
