I've lived here almost a year now. My stay has been miserable from day one. First of all... nothing works. I've had to get my air conditioning fixed 5 times, and my refrigerator fixed twice. I asked for some money to be taken off of my rent for the loss of food, and you'd thought I had asked for a million dollars. The noise is ridiculous. The place is very unsafe. Cockroaches..... are everywhere. I'm not a neat freak, but I am a very clean person. Everyday I wake up, and there are thumb size cockroaches in my tub, sinks, and on the floors. Sometimes I wake up at night with one crawling on me. It's disgusting. Please.... do not even consider with toxic waste dump. Thank God my lease is up in a month.

What building do you live in there? I am supposed to be moving in there and just wanna make sure it's not the same building.
