I have been living here for three months and am constantly shocked by the constant "bills" that pop up. We are moving out in three weeks and were givin a water bill that included the next three weeks. It was more than twice what we had paid each month. We found out that the water bill is a standard amount and not based on how much you use. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear everyone around you. If you live downstairs, like we do, your neighbors getting up to go to the bathroom at night can even be heard. The plumbing is horrible. We had to have them come out twice and fix our kitchen sink (which leaked water) and our toilet (which still runs if you don't jiggle the handle every time). We have ants in the kitchen that even though they have sprayed four times have not gone away. And now my baby's nursery has red ants in it and they too have stayed after being sprayed. The maintenance staff is very nice and do come in a timely manner. The office staff is not helpful and are mostly rude. I thought having a gated community would be nice but the gate has been broken more than half the time we lived here. I hope that you can avoid the mistake of renting an apartment from here.
