I really miss this apartment. First of all I had the larger 2 bdrm and it was huge and the floor plan was perfect for the price. We painted every square inch of the apartment and had it looking amazing. When we moved out they only charged us a flat fee around $200 for them to paint it back. There were some break ins and car thefts in the beginning of my time there. But they offered my friend a garage after his incident. I remember calling the security officer one night aournd 1am and got a call back in 10 min. Also the gates at any complex are broken a lot. That is a false sense of security anyway. I never remember there being any problems with the trash in my time there. We did live on the 3rd floor and had people below us who played their music way too loud but after my 3rd complaint they moved them to the bottom floor. Parking is terrible if you get there after 7pm and after 10pm. But what complex isnt congested'

Overall, I miss it here! The location and price is great.

The location and the price is great, that's why you miss it. Also, its okay if the gat is broken like once or twice but it is broken all the time. I would also like to know who this mysterious security officer is.
