after reading everyones reviews i wish i would have before my boyfriend and i signed our lease. now i guess we can add on with the complants.

this is what goes on in the complex:
around our building-
*hit and run
*domestic dispute (3 AM a couple outside yelling one building over and i was on the 3rd floor and could still hear them)
*kids running up and down the stairs banging on the walls
*air stoped working (our air stoped working in the summer (98 outside) our apt got up to 85 (not normal) and would not come on. we turned it off and called the office right away they told us "there is NO WAY it could get that hot" so the old man and lady came up and said "you have a leak" so the fixed it and made a mess for us to clean up (oh took them 2 days to come out) then the next day it BROKE AGAIN and got to 90 in a 1 bedroom apt, i called again, said they would come back out and i said last time it took you 2 days and they said they would be right up (i called at 9 AM)the next day i called again at 9 AM and said no one came up so they said they would send someone up and the next day they did (took 3 days to fix the air) while all this was going on i told them from the begining that it froze over and they kept saying no no no but if the listened to me the first time they wouldnt of had to come back over and over.)
*fire alarm goes off probably once every 2 weeks at like 1-2 AM. (for no reason)

the complex-
*kids running out in front of your car
*gates broken
*office is not friendly
*skate borders
*parking is bad
*people FLY through the parking lot - not enough stop signs/speed bumps
*mail areas very dirty- messy- trash everywhere.
