For the first year this place was ok, but still we had lots of trouble with neighbors, they were around 4 to 5 in one apartments and always use to get drunk at night and threw up all over the stair cases. their is a strip mall in front of the property and trunks come in middle of the night and start unloading stuff, they make so much noise you cannot sleep. most of the time in summer the main gate are left open or some breaks the gate, that takes them 20 days to repair it, during that time my car got broke. Management is so worse if you call them for maintaince they do not pick up their phones. They are rude. tennis court is outside the property and you would see lots of kids from another neighborhood playing football their, this complex is not safe for kids, I had one friend of mine and he was riding on his bike and one teen came and took away the bike from him after few days another kid was riding the same bike with white paint on the bike.
Their is always issues of parking in summer, their are lots of trailers in the complex and they use the space as dump yard, their trailers are always their rusting. manager is stupid, she does not know what is going in the complex regarding the broken gate, you have to inform them and they then tell we did not knew that gates are broken. In summer summing pools are closed for a least half of the summer for repairs, they close those pools purposely to save money and charge more from us
Dogs keep on barking the whole day, management does not do anything, they live their pets in patios and when ever you drive or walk by they keep on barking.
do not bring washer and dryer over here, the washer dryer rooms are so small you cannot install a basic washer and dryer.
