By far I have never been happier living in an apartment than when I have been living here. I have lived in 3 gated apartment communities and all have gate issues, in reality, the gates don't prevent crime in any community so it being broken when it happens is not a big issue as people make it. The office staff is always willing to help with anything and try the best to keep us informed and updated on events and incidents. The courtesy officer does his best to answer all calls and has really made a difference in his patrolling of the neighborhood. The management company Equity is the best company to have own your complex, they seem to know what residents want and need. I think these apartments are well kept for being 12 years old and maintenance is always on top of anything needed correction.
The only problem I have ever had is with the parents who allow their young children to roam freely and play in the roads, unfortunately this is a parent problem not complex problem to fix. As with any apartment, you have your thin walls, people who feel they were ripped off or cheated of a home. It's obvious these people have not lived in other complexes where the same problems occur there too. I thoroughly enjoy raising my children here and I know my husband agrees this is our home until we are ready to become home-buyers.
