Do not lease here and let me tell you why. The "Medallion Group" formerly known as PCM Management has not learned anything from the multiple bankrupcies or charges of fraud that caused them to lose ownership of thier properties to be begin with. Since the change in Management things have only gotten worse instead of better. Not only can they not pay thier vendors causing unheard of trash pile ups, bad enough to be report on the news, but the on-site management has been instructed NOT to give out any corp. numbers. This is poor management indeed. Therefore, PLEASE for your sake DO NOT lease at any of these properties. Save yourselves the heartache.

However, if you currently live at a Medallion Group property following is the name and number of the Regional Manager over most of the Gwinnett and Atlanta properties.

Thank you for the information. We need to start a group ourselves as tenants to resolve all of the problems that magnolia village has encountered. Such as noise levels, no parking spots, children in the street, drug related issues, distruction of property. We as tenants have a right to a decent and safe place to live. We could start a neighborhood watch as a matter of fact.I refuse to run from an issue. But face it head on. If this company cannot conduct necessary business than concerned tenants should. It is very likely there will be a newspaper article concerning the matter as well with enough public involvement. Post a note by the mailboxes if you would like to start a group. Thanks
