The residents thought when new management took over that things would get better. That's what we were promised. Well, it's worse. Lease requirements are continuously broken, satellite dishes on the outside of the buildings, when they are supposed to be on the porch by lease rules, One person signs a lease stating that they will be the only one residing in the apartment, then 5 people move in with the one, and it's ok by the apt. manager! It's a free for all!!!
Children running in the streets unsupervised, subwoofers day and night, disablity parking means anyone parks there. Mailboxes tampered with on a continual basis, outside lights off at night because management forgets to pay the bill, graffiti written on walls, the car wash area is shout down most times because dysfuntional people tear the hoses off the water outlet repeatedly, car thefts, drugs are rampid, cable boxes tampered with on a daily and nightly basis, if you want a safe place to live this isn't it!!! Forget the lease, it's a joke. Management allows anything and everything!!! Rules on the lease mean nothing to management. The lease also states no working on cars in the parking lot, yeah, right!! Might as well be an outside garage. Gates are supposed to be locked at all times!!! Sure, right!!! Used to have a basketball court for the children to play on. Well that's gone. Thanks to one of the local thugs who pulled up the basketball pole out of the ground. Gypsy taxi service is overflowing here!! The police spend alot of time patrolling in this complex which is great!! Maybe the thieves will get the hint. But, right now, if your looking for a nice place to live this isn't it!!!
