If you want to live with Mice, Roaches and any other insect or rodent you can think of then by all means come to Magnolia Village. the Property Manager is so Unprofessional and loud. Maintenance is worthless, apartments arent cleaned prior to moving in, so prepare to do a whole lot of scrubbing when you move in. I can't count how many times i've seen the lawrenceville police department out here. Loud Music and Trash piled up in breezeways, it's no wonder there are mice and roaches. On another note the apartments are huge and nice, but like I said if you can live with mice by all means move here.
