I live at Magnoila Village as well. It is a VERY safe place to live at. It is not the BEST, I am sure there is better.The pool could be cleaner, there are dead bugs but there is nothing extremely gross about the pool area. The grounds are kept up to par, could be a little cleaner but it does not look like a disaster area. My building is one of the cleanest.It's far from a slum or a ghetto.Go down to Aubrn Avenue in Atlanta if you want to see a real slum or ghetto. It's well kept for the price of the rent, most of the community goes to work and it's usually very quiet.There are many families and young children of various ethnic backgrounds here which is beautiful. Black, White and Latino children can be seen playing together and that's great to see. Will I spend the rest of my life here' No. It's a pit stop. But it's not a slum ghetto. People who say that it is have obviously never lived in a "real ghetto". Managemnet tries to the best of their ability.
