Everything is total chaos from the office staff to the maintenance dept. There is no security, there is still a car with expired tags that had a sticker requesting to move or be towed and it is still there after 2 months,the sticker is almost worn off! There are trailers and boats parked wherever they want for months. There are people at the pool at all hours of the night yelling and screaming, yet when you call the after hours number no one responds. Just about every rule and regulation that is posted is a joke and not enforced. The new tenants look and act like they come from low income housing, they screening process is non existant as long as they can fill an apartment they could care less who rents!!I feel VERY unsafe!!

You sound like an uneducated racist. what does someone who comes from low- income housing look and act Like..Black people? Because I would really like to know. You are an ignorant, disrespectful, uneducated prick who should be stoned. This review is pure BS and you should be removed from the premise. That's my review for you, and I don't even live in the complex. But i rather deal with the "low income look alikes" then your unethical view of the world.
