When i first moved here..The gym equipment didnt work, then the breezeways looks like the projects..dirty as hell...icecream and drinks spilled everywhere...no playground equipment...The computer room doesnt work very good...computers are always broken..they have two treadmills and they have been broken forever ..Oh im sorry they fixed one with the parts off of the other one...What do we have here a financial crisis that i have to live with. I PAY RENT TO HAVE THE PROPERTY CLEAN AND NICE AND TO HAVE THE AMMENTIES THAT I PAY FOR WORK!...GET WITH THE PROGRAM..noooooooooooooo i would not recommend to live here to anyone....i HAVE ASKED UNTIL I AM BLUE IN THE FACE...THE OFFICE STAFF..AND THEY SAY THE PARTS ARE ORDERED...hAhA...If i was late on my rent ..they would put a nasty notice on my door....Yes they do let people live here ..work on there cars in the parking lot...and the garages are becoming small businesses doing car repair and whatever ...Ghetto would be a good word...I guess you have figured it out...I am pissed!...

I agree with this review 110%! I have lived here for two years and the management staff here is horrible. Everytime I have had to deal with them their end is rude and unprofessional. There were human feces in the women restroom on the floor, the pool water was green and there were about 20 kids hanging around it that didnt even live on the property. I have received a letter stating that I was in violation of not cleaning up after my dog and that not only would i be fined if it happened again but they would personally come and remove the dog from my appartment. The rest of the letter was handled in the same rude way. Ok, by the way, i have no dog and this was the FIRST letter I had received on the matter. I have received a few other equally as rude letters on my door. Funny, the moment the preceive something to be happening in violation of "their" rules they send out some nasty letter but have something go wrong in your appartment and it can take days to repair. My lock on my door was broken, 3 days for someone to come out. My a/c, broken, 90 degree weather, 3 days to repair. Im sorry to keep harping on the letters but they come across as if they are doing you some great favor by allowing you to stay in their crap hole, and seem to forget that WE pay the rent which in turn pays their pay checks. I could go on.. but hopefully you get the point. Turn away, go somewhere else, the ghetto would be an improvement.
