My wife and I looked at the Preserve at Legacy Park, among several other places. We thought we were getting a good deal. It would have been, if it was like the ones were were shown. When we went to sign the lease, we asked to see our apartment first. They seemed insulted, but agreed. The apartment reeked of smoke, despite their claims that the carpet had been cleaned. After a long heated discussion, we were told that we were lucky that they let us see it first, that they were doing us a favor!!!
We insisted that they simply go smell the apartment, but they wouldn't. They "knew" that it had been cleaned. Maybe so, but not very well.
A few minutes later we walked out.
And when we asked why several things were not as nice as the model, and brochure, it was as if it was our fault and our problem. The two ladies we talked to were very rude and unhelpful.
Go somewhere else.
