I have lived here for almost 2yrs and most of the thing's that the guy before me said was all --------!! There isn't kid's making out on car's and hitting car's with ball bat's. There is a playground so yea the kid's are playing on it and the kid's also play football. But there kid's they need to be out and run you can't keep a kid inside all the time. And the New STAFF at the Preserve is very good. And I would recommend this Property. It's a very good place to live. The other people that's probally comment about saying don't rent are the people that get turned down because of Credit or Criminal Background they wanna make there selve's look good and the property bad when probally it's the other way around

Um Johnathan No I am not one of there Staff! So your wrong there! I love living at the Preserve it's not as bad as you people make it to be out as! So if you are that unhappy with were your living just move the hell out I mean it's not that hard!

Wild girl...the name is Jonathan...no H..It seems to me when 29 people say it sucks and one person says its great than the overall feeling is that it sucks. You may be the exception. I must say in the Preserves defense that i was quite impressed the FINALLY let go of the Groundskeeper. Good JOB! All in all they do not hold up to their end of the deal. I happy that you were able to find a nice place and not have to deal with what most of us HAVE to deal with until our leases end. Trust me, Its a nightmare I agree with you about moving out.I am moving in May. I cant wait. Unfortunatley for us, we have hated the place since we moved in. Makes for a long year,Especially when you cant get out of the lease a week after you moved in because it hadnt been cleaned yet from the previous tennants. Im sure you can see why im ready to get out. Peace
