I have lived here for almost 3 months. Just like every other apartment I have ever lived in, you have your good and your bad. So far, knock on wood, nothing majorly bad has occured. I have however noticed, it takes about 3 - 4 phone calls to actually get the maintenance people to come out and fix things. I've noticed my neighbors seem to think the breeze way is their own personal garbage drop off' Have a little courtesy...Noise is sometimes a little louder than I would like, but that is one of the prices you have to pay when you live in an apartment'!' All in all, it's not so bad...
