This is probably one of the nicer apartments I have lived in and it is probably mostly due to the fact is very new. Also the rent is very resonable and the apartments are close to 316. All in all we are pretty happy here. There are no bugs, parking is easy to find, appears to be no crime, the grounds are kept clean, and our neighbors are working people and aren't noisey. We live in a one bedroom building so there aren't any noisey kids. If you get a 3 beadroom plan you probably should expect to be around a bunch of families with kids.

But there are a couple of negatives:
The people who work in the office are pretty dumb. They used the wrong name for my girlfriend all over the lease (actually several different ones). I can go back the next day to talk to the same person about the same thing and they act like they have never met me in their life. They aren't rude though.

The gym (advertised as state of the art) is pretty outdated. The treadmills are definately older than the complex and slip if you even jog on them. The weights are also not professional quality. Bottom line this is not going to be a subsitute if you prefer the professional gym environment.

Maintenance is so so. We have to call more than once to get something fixed. One time we had a problem and they came to fix it but insead broke our washer. Needless to say we try to fix all of the problems ourselves.
