The pool and facilities (laundry, etc.) are use by anybody that wants to come. Doors are unlocked day and night. It is after 10 PM that dubious characters arrive with alcohol for the jacuzzy. Since there is no public restroom, be careful entering pool or stepping on grass. The Management should be prosecuted for fraud -I got trapped here for six months and I am paying for services promised but not delivered. Over the last two months of the contract, I found another place to live.
If anybody wants to sue for losses and stress and needs a witness, count me in!

Are you sure you live at The Preserve? The pools are locked at 10 pm and there is a public bathroom, if you would actually go to the pool you would know that. I have lived at this place for over 4 years and its a thousand times better than the other places in this area. Its an apartment complex - people are always going to try to do stupid things no matter where you live. Lighten up...buy a house! By the way try spell checker next time before you post an ad on the internet.

I do not use a public restroom because I have an apartment until end of August. If it is in the office building (for residents and guests, that should be accessible by electronic key only right?) The usage of bushes as restrooms is real. Maybe signs should be posted, in multiple languages, that restrooms are available for intruders at any hour.
The policies are great, door have locks this is why I picked this complex. It would be a great place if the management would do its job. I might be that the doors were locked when you lived here - how it is free for all at any time. Try it!
Thanks for advise, I bought a house - this place is not good neither for temporary residence. As about spelling - cheap comment. By the way, the speller may not tell you that, for a number up to six, one should not use digits (e.g. 1,2 ... but one, two, ...) when expressing in writing. It is deceiving to compare to ones intelligence by the spelling tool available in the personal computer.
Thank you for your reply!
