I have been looking for an apartment for a rew months now and came across the Preserve. When I went in I was greeted by a girl named Lauren. Well, I should not say "greeted" would be the correct term, more like a facial expression of WHAT DO YOU WANT''' Anyway, she showed us an apartment and afterwards ran our credit and come to find out made a mistake on our application and had us denied. I had to go out of my way and call back and forth to figure out what the deal was with our credit reports between SafeNet and Preserve. Every time I called Lauren had no interest in helping me out whatsoever and could not have been more rude on the phone. She would rush off the phone before I could even understand what was going on. She definitely needs to go work in a clothing store or some sort where she can be rude to whomever she pleases and not have to worry about people being uncomfortable to go into the leasing office! So disrespectful.

I could not agree more! i was looking a few months ago myself, and had the same experience with the same girl. SO RUDE! i am now at Century Riverside and could not by more happier with my decision. This apartment complex needs to review there employees. Its bad business, and there starting to get a bad reputation.

This is very true about this employee. But I really think it might be that she isn't rude but just not that bright. I actually called her about the wild cats roaming the apartment complex and she told me she couldn't do anything because someone is feeding them. Huh? You could find out who feeds them and fine them or ask them to stop. Anyway this was after they sent a letter telling us someone was attacked by one of the cats. Overall these apartments are nice (because they are new) and are a good price. But these people in the office drive me nuts. I really prefer to call the after hours answering service than to talk to these people.
