I travel a lot. I am meticulous and need straight foward answers, i don't like all the carsalesman talk that these apartment complexes seem to throw out. When i came to the Preserve, i had already been fed bunch a garbage and didn't need anymore. The girl i delt with was Lauren, she told me straight on exactly what to expect at the time when i move in, including all the fees, hidden or not and did not try to sell me on the apartments, which she didn't have to, the apartments spoke for themselves. I appreciate that, as well as how fast the maintenance guys came to fix my garbage disposal when it broke.I am happy so far. granted i have only been here for two months, but really I am writing because i just need to tell them how much i appreicated them standing in the rain to serve us biscuits yesterday morning. I call that going above and beyond on what was necessary.

I live at this property. Lauren, the staff member being discussed in these recent reviews really isn't so much rude as she is clueless and not helpful. But it isn't fair to single her out as the rest of the staff act just like her too. Overall maintenance is good, provided the staff give them the correct message (frequently this is not the case, if I am there when maintenance comes I tell them my problem they are suprised because it isn't what is typed on their sheet). Anyway I am confused about the biscuits. I have lived here 2 years and have never seen anyone hand out food nor has this ever been mentioned in the newsletters. Maybe they do this at 9:00 after all the people who have jobs leave for work.
