the management has changed three times in the 9 months that weve lived here. paula (site manager) is excellent, and very willing to help, but the women that answer the phones and fill out repair reports dont seem like they know what customer service is.
on the other hand, the maintanance people are increadible, and i have seen no reason for complaint whatsoever in that department.
****also, this gated community only has working gates about 30% of the time****.
overall: look around first. thier incentives may seem too good to be true...and you know how the rest goes.
