Well, as much as I can tell you is... Parking is horrible.
The apartments look better on the outside than they do on the inside.
The screening process for new residents has drastically gone down hill.
The management seems more concerned with filling every apt regardless of who they put in them than keeping the residents they already have.
As for the noise...the management doesnt seem to care that the people on the top floors have children that stomp constantly.
Nor do they seem to mind filling a 1 bed room with 4 or more children.
The only good thing about this place is the maintenince staff...they are more than helpful and generally quick.
