I would have to say that I receive a very good special on my apartment. I will also continue with the positive before I jump directly into the negative. I love the layout of my apartment as well as the features suh as vaulted 9 ft. ceiling in livingroom. And the accent features such as the crown molding. I will now talk about the negatives that I have encountered while residing in Camelot on Sweetwater. There have been several safety issues that have occurred over the past couple months.I do appreciate management notifying the tenants of these occurrances, however there should be more thorough background checks obtained before entering into a contract with potential tenants. The gates are normally closed for the most part so it has to be actual tenants performing these acts of crime. I would also like to comment on the lighting in the breezeways. It could definately be better. The professionalism of the management staff is also an issue. There was an incident that occurred several months ago when there were several tenants waiting outside of the office to speak with the leasing staff, the leasing staff was standing at the entrance of the complex and they saw all of these tenants standing around and they did not acknowledge all of the tenants at the leasing office. When they finally decided to return to the leasing office they first loaded into a golf cart and drove around the apartment complex. When they did return to the leasing office they returned through the side door and did not unlock the front door. There was a woman that was waiting at the leasing office with her newborn baby and she was livid that they would not acknowledge the tenants and open the leasing office. The answering of maintenance request are delayed. I don't think that it is the fault of maintenance but the fault of leasing staff that do not report the maintenance issues punctually.
I will say that things have gotten a little better.
