No matter what manger they had and no matter how many changes were made the only person who i felt like i could get a serious answer out off was Trina Davis. the problem was that the manger in the past wanted to be best friends with everybody but when it came to the buisness side they wanted too hide out and stick miss trina as the bad guy it was not that she was the bad guy she was just doing her job, you can not be a manger and then hide out when things go wrong espeacially when it is time to pay the bills, rules have to be followed no matter what and she played by the rules the last guy just did not get it sorry u just can't mix buisness with pleasure rent has to be payed, he ran that place like it was his apartment complex the last time i checked it was called camelot on sweetwater (thanks trina for my wonderful experience at camlot that was my first apartment with out a roommate and you made me feel at home !!!

Thanks Shanell for your response. I know Sweetwater will continue to give great service. We are also under a New Management Company called Venterra and I am sure with the many tools they are giving us, we will be able to give our residents much more.
