HI i need your opinion about this complex.My husband and i are trying to move to this complex, i have heard so many things good and bad,but i see that the last review was back in 2007.please if you live and have live in this complex let me know how everything is.the residents,the noise,bugs,managment, everything.

I still live here and things have gotten a better. Maintenance is still a little slow at times but it usually gets done. Management makes a great effort at having different community functions at least twice a month. Very little noise pollution here. No bugs. Management schedules the bug man whenever you deem necessary.

We are moving in July and we're looking into Lawrenceville apartments. Could someone tell us about the surrounding area, especially in terms of schools? Thanks so much!! :)

Hi well lawrenceville it's a nice area, but duluth it's better, the high school of duluth it's great, i don't know about lawrenceville.

Please don't be fooled. I wouldn't be surprised if the staff wrote the good reviews. I moved from here recently and I practically had to leave all my stuff. first off the apartments are infested with roaches. The stairs are always dirty. the staff is great and the apartments look nice but there are so many open cracks that so many roaches are getting in the apartment. Plus it has a very bad sewage smell in the apartments. DON"T MOVE HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY.
