I lived here from 2001-2002. The apartment always had a problem with roaches no matter how clean we kept it. We also gave them a list of things that needed to be fixed when we moved in then a year and a half later they we still not fixxed. Also the maintainence staff has no idea what they are doing. We had a leak in the air conditioner and it was flooding the hallway. It took them 3 weeks and 2 tries to fix it and it was something relatively simple. We also had a attemped break in. There is no security and we saw so many illegal things go on. The flooring is so bad that if you have anyone above your apartment you will hear everything they do. This place may have good prices but there is a reason for it. You pay for what you get.
