Me my husband and our little baby moved into this apt. in the middle of April. We really liked what they showe us, and we needed a place ASAP. But the problem began from us not having any experience with renting, it was our first time. I guess that they can spot fools like us right away. This idiots showed us their showroom apt. we loved it, but when we asked them to show us the apt. that we will rent they said that it is still occupied, but shurly will be ready for our move in date... but guess what' the freaking apt. wasnt ready not on the date they promised us not on the very next day, it was "ready" three days later. When they called us and said that we can come pick up the keys apt. wasnt even close to being ready, they just started doing the carpet... so we had to sit on the parking lot all day till 6pm when they thought that they finished... well we moved in anyways, hoping that they will keep the promises they made... which they never did, till this day... The very next morning(after we moved in) when i came home with grocieris worth $400 i realized my fridge didnt work, which they replaced right after every single thing that was in there spoiled... and guess what' they said that they have nothing to do with it. Couple of days later we realized that the apt is full of ants and roaches big and small (the bigges roach that i seen was about 2 inches long!!!). That was just the begining, all of my closet doors won't close unless you kick them hard enough, airvents in both bathrooms never worked, screens on doors and windows never been installed, ugly stickers that were all around the kitchen never been washed off, wholes on the walls never been patched, even when our braker box started sparkling they said that they'll come whenever they'll have freaking time!!! and everything stinks like a dogs piss!!!
Well and if all of this didnt convinece you not to move here, here is more: the other night somebody ripped out my electrical box so we didnt have power for the rest of the night, and when i told the office about it they said that they have nothing to do wiht it that it is my electrical companys problem, and when somebody tried to take off my said skirt of my car all they said that you have a flashy car and that it drawes attention!!! We punctured a set of tires on the freaking parking lot, because they refuse to clean up after the constraction people, that are fixing the building that burned to the ground. And they never fixed the mail problem either, all they say is that its all mailmans problem....
SO IF I WERE YOU - I WOULD NEVER EVER MOVE IN ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THIS COMPLEX UNLESS YOU ARE A MEXICAN!!!!! PROBABLY 90% OF ALL PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE ARE --------!!!! PLUS THE APT THAT IS NEXT TO US HAS 6 FAMILIES LIVING THERE, WHEN IT'S ONLY 3 BEDROOMS!!! THE POOLS NEVER OPENED THIS SUMMER NEITHER DID THE GYM!!!

Who ever posted this comment, is a big RACIST! The "--------" as reffered are not the ones making her life miserable. Its the office, so have her complain to them, not the --------!

I think you missed the point, some Hispanic natives don't say anything about problems in the community because they are not in the country legally. and the office knows that so they ise that to there advantage I don't think that this person was trying to be racist I think frustration and observation was key here

YUP YOU WERE THE TENANT IN APT 32E I REMEMBER YOU VERY CLEARLY HOW YOU WOULD HAVE BAGGED EYES IN THE AM AND TOLD MAINTENANCE TO COME BACK TIME AFTER TIME...GO TO THE OFFICE YOUR REFUSED WORK ORDERS ARE THERE. AND YOUR YELLOW AND BLUE BMW M3,S SEEMED AS IF YOU HAD YOUR OWN ENEMIES TO CONQUER JUST SO HAPPENS YOUR 8 TIRES ON BOTH OF THOSE TERDS YOU CALL M3'S WERE SLASHED.HMMM GROW UP.
