overall the apartment itself wasn't bad being here for a year now the problems are with the staff and the surrounding area of my complex i live in the back and there is a dirt hill and when it rains there is a huge amount of dirt on the concrete walkway, the apartment is almost total electric the only thing is the heating system is gas so that's a huge disadvantage especially in the wintertime they have pent control every other monday though he tries it doesn't work and there are plenty of roaches because of it i think they should try a stronger chemical personally, the gates and the fitness center has been broken since i moved here and the staff can be hopeless when you call something in to maintenance they take forever it took me about 6 or 7 months to get my screen door for my balcony and one of the employees adrianna acts like a stuck-up ----- and in her profession and in this recession there is no need for that ironically she's the only one besides david the manager who's been there the whole time it's a revolving door of staff members they say they have 24-hour maintenance it's actually a call-center that faxes maintenance information to the office for the next day and most of the time they don't get it in closing i didn't write this review to bash my complex but i'm just being honest and hopefully they can read this and make some necessary changes ASAP this place has potential they just don't realize it x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
